FAQ

Do you have onsite parking, or parking nearby?

There is no onsite parking at Firkin Crane. Street parking in the area is quite limited due to the historic nature of the area. There are a number of car parks within easy reach: North Cathedral Parking, North Main Street Car Park, Paul Street Car Park and Q-Park Carroll’s Quay are 6-7mins walks from the venue. Grattan St Car Park is 10mins walk away.

• What time do I need to arrive for the show?

We recommend arriving at least ten minutes before the show. The doors open 15 minutes before each performance.

• Do I need to print my tickets off at home, or can I collect at Box Office?

Your tickets are sent to you via email. You do not need to print them out: you can show the email and ticket QR code on your phone to our Front of House staff and they will scan it for entry.

• I’ve lost the email I was sent with my tickets?

If you contact us more than one hour before the performance, we can find your reservation and resend your confirmation email with your tickets.

• Do you have teas and coffees, refreshments?

We have a concession stand with teas and coffees, wine, soft drinks, water and sweets/snacks. This opens 30mins before a performance and during the interval.

• Can I pay for my drink by card?

We can currently only accept cash payments at the concession stand.
