Do you have onsite parking, or parking nearby?

There is no onsite parking at Firkin Crane. Street parking in the area is quite limited due to the historic nature of the area. There are a number of car parks within easy reach: North Cathedral Parking, North Main Street Car Park, Paul Street Car Park and Q-Park Carroll’s Quay are 6-7mins walks from the venue. Grattan St Car Park is 10mins walk away.

• What time do I need to arrive for the show?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show. The doors usually open 15 minutes before each performance.

• Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Dance Cork Firkin Crane is wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp that leads to the venue, and a lift that can bring you to the auditorium. Please let our ushers know if you require the lift.

• Can I bring my service/guide dog into the theatre?

Registered service/guide dogs are welcome in our theatre. The dog will need to stay with their handler throughout their time in the theatre.

• Can I bring my child’s buggy into the theatre?

You cannot bring your buggy into the auditorium, however you can bring your buggy to the theatre, and we have a space to keep your buggy during the performance.

• Do I need to print my tickets at home, or can I collect at Box Office?

Your tickets are sent to you via email. You do not need to print them: you can show the email with the ticket QR code on your phone to our Front of House staff and they will scan it for entry.

• I’ve lost the email I was sent with my tickets?

If you contact us more than one hour before the performance, we can find your reservation and resend your confirmation email with your tickets.

• Do you have teas and coffees, refreshments?

We have a concession stand with teas and coffees, wine, soft drinks, water and sweets/snacks. This opens 45 mins before a performance and during the interval.

• Can I pay for my drink by card?
