Grattan St Car Park is 10mins walk away.
• What time do I need to arrive for the show?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show. The doors usually open 15 minutes before each performance.
• Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Dance Cork Firkin Crane is wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp that leads to the venue, and a lift that can bring you to the auditorium. Please let our ushers know if you require the lift.
• Can I bring my service/guide dog into the theatre?
Registered service/guide dogs are welcome in our theatre. The dog will need to stay with their handler throughout their time in the theatre.
• Can I bring my child’s buggy into the theatre?
You cannot bring your buggy into the auditorium, however you can bring your buggy to the theatre, and we have a space to keep your buggy during the performance.
• Do I need to print my tickets at home, or can I collect at Box Office?
Your tickets are sent to you via email. You do not need to print them: you can show the email with the ticket QR code on your phone to our Front of House staff and they will scan it for entry.
• I’ve lost the email I was sent with my tickets?
If you contact us more than one hour before the performance, we can find your reservation and resend your confirmation email with your tickets.
