Weekly Professional Class with Justine Doswell

Thursday 9 November: Messier 45's assistant choreographer and rehearsal director Emily Kilkenny Roddy will lead weekly professional class. 

Emily will begin with a comprehensive warm-up, drawing from a number of dance techniques and movement practices, designed to improve body awareness, coordination and efficiency of movement, with a focus on healthy and natural body alignment and an emphasis on allowing the body to move expressively, concentrating on connection, weight, rhythm and momentum. Emily will then teach choreographic material from Messier 45.

Thursday 16 November: Messier 45's choreographer and creator Justine Doswell will lead weekly professional class.

Justine will begin with warm-up and will teach choreographic material from Messier 45 which will premiere at Dance Cork Firkin Crane on Friday 17 November at 7.30pm.
