MOSH performer Emily Kilkenny Roddy teaches a class on Thursday 5 June
Through a blend of guided tasks, improvisation exercises and phrase work, dancers will be encouraged to expand their own unique movement vocabulary. Emphasis will be placed on finding freedom within structured movement, focusing on flow, strength, and musicality. Expect a guided warm up followed by some travelling sequences and technique combinations. At the end part of the class, Emily will share some choreography from the show Mosh by Rachel ní Bhraonáin, choreographed by Robyn Byrne in which Emily is a performer.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your training or simply connect with movement, the class invites you to challenge your mind and body through your own pace.
