UPDown Juggling Labs with Alex Allison

As part of UpDown Circus Festival artform development strand, Alex Allison takes you on a deep dive into the techniques and methodology he has developed and honed over the last 15 years. This juggling lab investigates the movement of our bodies and the spatial relationship in rhythmic time with an object and gravity. This workshop will be co-facilitated by Cormac Mohally.

Suitable for jugglers of all levels including beginners.

Alex Allison came into contact with juggling 15 years ago while studying Celtic Studies at the University of Galway, and the world of circus, movement and performance has fascinated him ever since.
