Professional Class with Emily Terndrup

This 90 minute class explores articulation, mobilisation and coordination through image-based improvisational movement and foundational floor work techniques. With a balance of intention and play, we’ll engage and refine our connection to three-dimensional awareness and embodiment. Rooted in curiosity and pleasure, this class invites you to experience the joy of movement, expression and presence from the inside out.

Emily Terndrup is a multidisciplinary performer, choreographer, and director now based in Cobh, Co Cork. Her international performance career includes shows with Punchdrunk, Gallim Dance, Liz Roche, Luke Murphy-Attic Projects, Bobbi-Jene Smith, and others. Her work spans the mediums of physical theatre, dance, film, and immersive performance in the pursuit of harnessing the narrative power of the body to weave stories that are both intensely personal and universally resonant. Emily's award-winning debut performance Offspring (A modern Frankenstein), previewed at Dance Cork Firkin Crane in August 2025, before premiering at Dublin Fringe Festival in September 2025.
