Using accessible juggling pedagogy that makes juggling inclusive for everyone, regardless of physical or mental abilities, we will explore the relationship of a body and an object in motion through space. We will focus on the core relationships of space, rhythm and movement rather than complex tricks.

No juggling experience required. Dance artists are encouraged to attend.

Cormac Mohally is a circus and movement artist, and long-timejuggling aficionado. Trained at Belfast Circus School, he toured internationally for over a decade with the comedy dance acrobatic duo Lords of Strut. His performance work blends physical comedy, movement, and joyful play.
