‘Phil and Mena is a play’ about overcoming stress, taking risks and how achievement and self-belief are intertwined.
Embarrassment is overcome with humour and this is the lesson Phil strives to teach Mena as she carves her own path in life.
Mena must learn to juggle anxiety, growing older and making her mark on the world…but she must take a deep breath and laugh at life!!
After all, embarrassment lasts a moment, regret lasts a lifetime!
