Firkin Crane Theatre, Cork: Masterclass with Mariah Maloney

Mariah Maloney teaches a masterclass this May

In this masterclass we will explore our wellness and spark creativity as movers. We will take time to tune in, rejuvenate, activate, and enjoy our physical explorations as we listen to our body. We will invite ease, articulation, and buoyancy as we dance and explore improvisation scores. This somatic based class will provide a safe environment for participants to deepen into their body, mind and spirit, expanding our range and diversity of motion. The focus of this class is to invite the muse within our bodies and to explore as a community with a sense of play within a safe environment where we will honor not knowing to know.
