Juggling and Movement Workshop

Cie Circographie’s artists will teach their unique method of mixing juggling and movement, by yourself and with a partner, using elements of contact dance and partnering. Participants will explore how an object can create urgency in our movement, become an extension of our body, or a dance partner. 

Using improvisation and composition exercises, sequences will be created together and explored using space, contact, and different movement qualities in juggling and dance.

Compagnie Circographie is an emerging juggling and dance company from Lille created in 2019 by choreographer Asaf Mor and the team of its first show, Entre Noeuds. Their work explores the relationship between the body and juggling objects, and how they impact and influence each other.
