Crane Visual in association with The Butter Museum presents Butter / Spuds / Cheese / Fish; a visual exploration of the history of food in Ireland via its most important ingredient - BUTTER (obviously?).

Through a balance of traditional approaches to picture making and contemporary responses to both the material processes of butter-making, and the material culture of The Butter Museum, an exciting exhibition will unfold which centres our food culture and history as the basic ground of our shared story.
